Exercise is an essential part of everyday life, and at Staffs Fitness, it is our aim to help make exercise for children fun and exciting. 

As parents ourselves, we fully  understand the problems faced by families as they try to balance their worries for their children's safety and security, against their need to play and exercise , helping them to develop into healthy  adults. 

Adults are able to top up their exercise by using fitness clubs and gyms.   Kiddie Fit is a range of practical, sturdy fitness toys, that enable children to copy the adult exercises whilst having fun.   All of the pieces can be used indoors or  outdoors  (on a suitably flat surface) and are ideal for crèches, nursery schools, fitness facilities or the home or  garden. 

Products should always be used in conjunction with the owners manual. 

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at  all times. 

Adult assembly is required.
