Service Contract

We know all to well how important it is to you and your clients that your equipment is performing 100% all of the time. we realise however, that no matter how well looked after, Pieces will go wrong from time to time. This is where a service contract is of great benefit.

We carry a substantial amount of parts and accessories to make sure that we can process your repair as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Not only does having a service contract mean you can get someone on the telephone right away, but also that you will receive a visit from an engineer within 48 hours. Any repairs will be charged at a lower rate and along with this you will receive regular service calls to check your machines and try to avoid breakdowns all together.

You can choose whatever level of service you require by purchasing separate levels of cover see below.

	Gold This is the top level of service that we offer. Not only do you receive 4 service callouts per year, but also 48-hour call out and a heavily reduced repair charge.
	Silver Silver cover offers an intermediate option. you will receive 3 service calls per year, 48-hour call out and heavily reduced repair charges.
	Bronze Bronze cover gives you a basic-level service. This option gives you 2 service calls per year, 48-hour call out and heavily reduced repair charges.
	48 Hour Response As far as is humanly possible, our field service engineers will be on site within 48 hours of your initial call when you have a service contract.
